Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example duplicate billing), contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Technical Failures

If Mason Canvas fails to deliver paid service due to a verified platform issue, we may provide a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion and where applicable law allows.

Cancellations

Canceling your plan stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support so we can resolve the issue quickly.
